Small chocolate fudge cakes

DSC_0009On tuesday I cooked a really good shrimp risotto and since I didn´t have a lot of time but still wanted to serve a dessert, I decided to make some really easy but delicious chocolate fugde cakes, which I baked in souffle

molds. I really prefer baking easy and quick dishes during the week. When I cook for my family on week nights, everybody loves to have a small treat for dessert and this recipe for instance is perfect! …crispy on the outside, soft and fudgy on the inside… yummy

This is what you will need (for about four molds):

  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs. flout
  •  1tsp. vanilla sugar

Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease souffle molds with butter and dust with 1Tbs. of sugar. Combine 100g of butter and 100g of chocolate in a bowl and melt in oven until melted. Stir until smooth. Mix together eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour in a bowl, then add melted butter and chocolate mixture. Fill batter into soufflé forms and bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cakes turn firm on the outside but still are mellow on the inside. Serve right away or let it them cool out.
