I found the wonderful cookbook “Rezepte aus dem Obstagrten”– translated recipes from the orchard in my library and because I totally fell in love with it, I had to order it this week. This book is amazing and the recipes are totally me. It contains of 130 recipes using different kind of fruit, starting with apples, blueberry, peaches, kiwis or passion fruit recipes. Cookbook of the month: December and January

So, first of all: I’m really sorry, that I forgot to upload the ‘cookbook of the month’ in December. For the cookbook of the month of December and January I chose a book that Nadja offered me for Christmas, it is called ‘Brot selbst gebacken’.I chose three completely different recipes that I will present you now: a Brioche, a Unripe spelt grain flat bread and a Georgian cheesebread.

This month I decided to choose the epicurious dinner rush magazine as our COTM. I bought it during my stay in Florida and didn´t really look at its prize, that´s why I was surprised because it costed around 12 dollars, which in my opinion isn´t very cheap for a magazine.
