Raspberry ricotta creme

IMG_2215As you have probably noticed, as soon as I come up with new ideas or I am inspired by someone I tend to make a lot of similar dishes in a row. Just like when my aunt reminded me how cute things would look served in little glasses I made some raspberry ricotta creme yesterday, filled them into glasses and topped them with blackberries. I think it´s just adorable to be able to see what you eat and especially when there are lots of colors. This dessert is really creamy and although I use ricotta it tastes very light… You can call this a four step dessert because it is so easy and made fast!



You will need:

  • 250g of ricotta cheese
  • 5 tbs. of raspberry jam
  • 230 ml whipping cream
  • prefered berries for garnishing

Step 1: Mix heavy cream until stiff.

Step 2: In another bowl mix ricotta until smooth.

Step 3: Add raspberry jam to ricotta and stir until well combined.

Step 4: Fold in whipping cream and tadaa this easy dessert is ready to be filled into glasses… Last but not last garnish with berries and keep refrigerated until serving!
