Hello everyone! This is a really delicious torte, invented by my aunt Gerda. It´s a torte made out of this dough and filled with a heavenly delicious filling out of curd cheese. Definitely one of my favorite cakes, it´s light and fluffy and this time she garnished it with raspberries, which in my opinion is the best fruit for this cake. Enjoy!

Ingredients for my oil cake dough.
Prepare and bake cake dough as it says in this recipe. And spread this filling on your cake dough:
- 500 g curd cheese
- 200g icing sugar
- 500g yoghurt
- 125 ml of heavy cream whipped
- 2 egg yolks
- 20 pieces of gelatine
- 1 tbs. rum
Combine curd cheese, yoghurt, icing sugar, rum and egg yolks in one bowl. Soak gelatine in water until it is soft. Then combine it with a little bit of water (1tbs.) in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Remove from heat and add to curd chees mixture. Whisk in whipped cream and spread on baked cake half. Garnish with fruit as you prefer and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
