raspberry beetroot smoothie

I love having smoothies for breakfast, especially when I don´t have a lot of time in the morning or when I´m busy. They´re quick and simple and perfect when you´re on the go. This time I added beetroot for the first time and I loved how it tasted and the color which turned out! It´s even a little brighter than raspberry smoothies. Even though smoothies are so yummy we now decided to order a juicer online. Juices are much lighter and perfect if you like to add vegetables like carrots or celery. So be prepared for following juice recipes- I can´t wait to start juicing!

Ingredients

  • 1 small sized beetroot
  • 1 banana
  • a handful of raspberries
  • 11/2 Tbs. honey

Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer. Add a little water if you like it to be more fluid. And that´s basically all you have to do to make this delicious smoothie!
