This salad uses typical italian and french ingredients: arugula, parma ham and panini toasted with some brie cheese on top. This salad is perfect for lunch or as a starter drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I love making salads in summer, because it tastes light and absolutely delicious. I actually just used the ingredients I
could find in my fridge, so you can also add peppers, onions, nuts or dried fruit to this salad. Adding some aromatic cheese on top of one sliced bread-toasted in the oven gives this salad an extra kick.
This is what you will need for my recipe:
- parma ham
- panini bread
- brie cheese
- balsamic vinegar,olive oil
- salt, pepper
Cut tomatoes and arrange on top of arugula. Top with parma ham. Now top sliced panini bread with brie cheese and toast in oven until cheese has slightly melted (15 minutes-oven temperature 180°C). Set toasted panini next to your salad. Drizzle salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. And add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
