Hello everyone. (: I´m a big fan of truffles. And especially during the winter time I´m a big chocolate fan! These rum truffles are part of our christmas sweets and they literally melt in your mouth. Once finished you can toss them either in chocolate sprinkles, sugar as I always do or grated coconut.
Here´s my recipe which I totally adore:
- 100g butter, at room temperature
- 200g chocolate grated
- 2 tbs. cocoa
- 4tbs. rum
- sugar, grated coconut, chocolate spinkles,.. to toss in
Mix together butter, grated chocolate, cocoa and rum to a smooth mixture. Form small round truffles and toss in sugar. Store in fridge in an airtight box.
